Alex Hill

Tourism Coordinator, Board Member

Alex is a lifelong diver and environmental enthusiasts. He has 25 years of experience managing and owning dive shops and other tourism related businesses in Fiji and overseas. He possesses and an abiding interest in sustainable tourism and all things related to the ocean environment.

Back in 2003 he and his wife Alice assisted in establishing Walt Smith’s original ADE style Coral restoration and planting project (called the Coral Walk) at the Hideaway Resort on the Coral Coast. In 2006-7 the project was honored by receiving the Skal International Ecotourism Award.
